Don’t we very often forget to give enough importance to our bathrooms when it comes to remodeling our houses. Hanging an elegant mirror in a restroom might add elegance and contribute towards making a small room look bigger. Of course, it may also come in handy when there is more than one person trying to get ready in the morning. Even if your restroom is already spacious, a decorative mirror can become a focal point and contribute towards grounding all of your other decorative elements.

If mirrors don’t attract you then go for the other option – strategically placed metal wall hangings. Naturally, this may not look cool with all situations, but if you are planning to create a restroom that exhibits simple elegance; a metal wall hanging would be your best bet. Since metal hangings are available in so may variation, it's a cake walk to find one to fit the awkward walls that are at times present in a bathroom.

Paint

Obviously, using the right paint color can make or break your attempt at decorating. However, when painting a washroom, the type of paint is even more important than the color. Since the restroom paint is required to endure high humidity especially during the long showers, you may want to pick a paint that can stand up to such conditions.
